  • Air-conditioning - an advanced system, operating 24/7, allowing constant operation with central control for all office and public spaces.
  • Security and alerts - The system includes supervision of entrances and passages, fire detection and extinguishing systems. Manned 24 hours a day, the control room controls all major control systems deployed in the building, the car park and the various electro-mechanical systems.
  • Fully supported internet connections (infrastructure and service providers) enabling most economical connections available.
